Had a great time with friends exploring the trails around the lake. The homey atmosphere was perfect for us. Breakfast was top-notch, especially Will's homemade offerings. The warm wood-burning stove added to the cozy vibe, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay.
We did notice some room noise from adjacent areas, so light sleepers might need earplugs to get a good night's rest.

The warmest welcome in New London
From the moment we arrived, Dennis greeted us like family. The cozy atmosphere and mouthwatering blueberry pancakes created a memorable start to our morning.
The room we stayed in was a bit tired, with creaky beds that could use some careful attention. This made it occasionally hard to get a restful night’s sleep.

The charm of this old farmhouse captivated me right from the start. The breakfast in the mornings was simply outstanding. Those blueberry pancakes? Incredible! I couldn't get enough of the baked apples, too. The cozy dining area felt just like home, making it easy to strike up conversations with the hosts and soak in the warm atmosphere. Will and Haley, the hosts, never rushed breakfast, giving everyone plenty of time to mingle and enjoy the delicious food. I stayed in a double room with a shared bathroom, which had its share of charm but also creaky beds that could use some upgrading. A little more attention to the noise between rooms could make things better for light sleepers. The location close to New London and Lake Sunapee was convenient, only about a 10-minute drive away, which made exploring the area easy. Even though the room had its quirks, the warm welcome and delicious food definitely outweighed the negatives. I’d absolutely return for the hospitality and those blueberry pancakes alone.
